Happy Mother's Day!!!

I just want to wish all you ladies a Happy Mother's day...so Happy Mother's day. I had a very nice day. Dan was a big help with the kids. Getting them bathed and fed before church, really helped me out. Carter tried extra hard to be super good today. He was putting my bags away and picking things up and then would tell me he did for Mother's day. Dan got me this cute apron. (Yes it really is an apron and I really wanted it!) Isn't it sooo cute? We had dinner at my mom's house and it was really nice. I know she worried that it wasn't "nice" or anything, but sometimes simple is wonderful and tonight it was perfect!!! I'm so grateful for both our mother's and really appreciate the example they are to me. I am also grateful to be the mother of my two perfect children. That's right, I said they are perfect. They throw fits when they don't get their way, they beg for candy at the grocery store (and every other store), they fight, they hit, they say no a million times a day, they get into trouble, but what kid doesn't? That's why they are perfect kids. After all, I couldn't celebrate Mother's day without them. Every "perfect child" moment is paid off when they tell me they love me. I love them both and love being their mommy!!!
