Easter

I'm a little slow with blogging lately, but we are still around. We had a wonderfully busy Easter weekend last week. We had three fun Easter egg hunts which has resulted in a week of sugar highs. It was a lot of fun. I felt like we didn't focus enough on the reason we celebrate Easter. I'm very grateful for the Atonement. I'm grateful for the sacrifice of the Saviour so that we could repent and be forgiven of our sins. I guess I sometimes forget that kids pick up on things and that they really can understand at least some of what the atonement means. Next year my goal is to focus more on this than on the Easter bunny and eggs.
