Wow! Five years have flown by and I can't believe it. We got the chance to get away from our children for the night and had an actual date. We went to Gateway, planning on getting each other a gift, but couldn't resist spoiling our children with a build a bear. Then we headed to Olive Garden. Mmmmmm! We finally used Dan's Marriott discount for ourselves and stayed at the city center overlooking the Gallivan Center. I love it! We actually went ice skating and didn't spend one second on our butts. We are amazing!:)
As I think back on the last five years so much comes to mind. We have been through so much and accomplished even more. Two of our greatest accomplishments are Carter and Bailey. I can't even begin to tell how much joy they bring to our lives and everyone they come in contact with. We have faced and overcome so many trials and grown a little stronger with each one. Dan truly is the love of my life and I can't imagine things any different, (besides a home of our own and a little more money.) ;) I love Dan so much and look forward to spending the rest of eternity with him.
